What type of report do I receive?

CHI reports are an easy reading, concise, narrative style. This style of report makes clear any defects and/or safety concerns allowing for a full understanding of the inspection thus avoiding any confusion while making this most important decision.
All reports are delivered within 48 hours (often less) of the inspection. This allows for any additional research if needed due to unusual situations giving our clients the most accurate and objective assessments possible. General and specific repair tips/suggestions are given throughout the report.
