What is the cost of a home inspection?

"Pricing is also based on the inspectors knowledge and experience... that is what you are hiring them for".

More importantly, what is the cost of a poorly performed, inaccurate, unprofessional “bargain” home inspection?
a) Back-end (post settlement) expenses possibly exceeding the initial cost of the “bargain” home inspection many times over.
b) Frustration and heartache due to unexpected delays and/or damages.
c) Misinformation and buying on assumptions rather than facts.

“A good price is not necessarily a good deal”
Traditional home inspection companies charge by the selling price of the property. At CHI we feel that this is an unfair practice and charge by the total square footage of all living areas combined (including finished basements).
Prices reflect our knowledge/experience, objectivity, thoroughness, and post inspection consultation services. All of which will ultimately save time, money, and frustration.
We also have a consultation staff should there be any questions at any time after the inspection. Please contact us for a quote. Please have the correct square footage size ready when contacting us.

We also offer a special price package for those ordering four or more inspections/tests.
Note: Structures over fifty years, add $50.00

Cancellations within twelve hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $100.00 cancellation charge as we could have booked other appointments.
